FEMA employees and partners can now manage all of their accounts for FEMA's risk analysis tools with a single login.

The Risk Analysis Management (RAM) Access Portal (sometimes referred to as the "RAM Access Portal," or RAP) provides a secure, single-sign-on (SSO) capability for users to create and manage application account access and role permissions in one location.

The RAM Access Portal is not intended for public use. FEMA employees and partners (contractors, Cooperating Technical Partners and interagency users) requiring access to Risk Analysis Management (RAM) system applications may register.

Applications Using Single Sign On

Below are the Risk Analysis Management (RAM) System applications currently accepting the RAM Access Portal (RAP) single sign on.

Mitigation Planning Portal (MPP)

The Mitigation Planning Portal (MPP) is an online platform for tracking and reporting mitigation plans and related data elements across all ten FEMA regions.

DISCLAIMER:
The full integration of RAM applications and the RAM Access Portal will not be complete until the end of 2022. All access requests must still be completed through the RAM Access Portal. However, the SSO feature will only be initially available for P4 and MPP.

The following applications will be integrated by the end of the year: CFAS, FHD, MIP, and SharePoint. Once integrated, users will be able to sign-in to the applications via RAM Access Portal.

Cooperating Technical Partners Information

In order to gain access to Risk Analysis Management (RAM) System applications, Cooperating Technical Partner users much submit additional privacy and security assurances.

Before requesting access, a CTP should work with your Regional CTP Program Lead to confirm the appropriate application access needed and submit an Information Sharing Access Agreement (ISAA).
