After-action reviews are critical for emergency managers to identify strengths, potential best practices, areas for improvement and mission critical issues during and following real-world incidents. Planning the approach prior to starting data collection establishes a path for a successful after-action review. This webinar outlines an approach for considering what information to collect, how/when to collect it, and how final products can shape the data collection and analysis processes.
