Fiscal Year 2008 Program Information
The FY 2008 RFC Program Guidance provides information and guidance on implementing the RFC program in FY 2008, including program requirements, eligibility, and grants management. The FY 2008 RFC Program Guidance may be downloaded from the FEMA Library.
Applicants must use the electronic grants (eGrants) management system, https://portal.fema.gov, to submit a RFC grant application to include project and management cost subapplications.
